This programme equips leaders with the psychological insight and practical tools to navigate resistance, protect human expertise, and build the trust needed for successful AI adoption.
Four 60-minute sessions · Delivered over eight weeks · Individual action plan and between-session support · £1,800 + VAT per leader
No technical AI expertise required.
AI creates people challenges that only leaders can solve
Resistance and uncertainty
Employees may be concerned about job security, changing expectations or the purpose behind AI adoption.
Uneven adoption
Some employees may embrace AI immediately while others avoid it, creating inconsistency across the team.
