It's coaching that understands why people think, feel, and behave the way they do at work, and uses that understanding to create lasting change.

Consultancy

Sometimes you need a psychologist for a specific project; a defined challenge with a defined output. Consultancy engagements are scoped around exactly that. You get a Chartered Psychologist doing the analytical and strategic work, grounded in occupational psychology research, with a clear deliverable at the end.

Projects might include:

  • Psychometric assessment programmes

Scoped following initial conversation 

Retained Partnerships

Two retained options — one for strategic advisory access, one for consistent monthly people development. Both give you an ongoing relationship with a Chartered Psychologist who genuinely knows your organisation.

The Strategic Advisory Retainer

Your own Chartered Psychologist. Without the cost of hiring one. A defined number of retained hours each month to use however your organisation needs; from strategic people advisory, auditing processes, supporting leadership decisions, or simply having expert psychological input available when complex challenges arise.

  • 3 hours per month of retained psychological consultancy

  • Flexible use — advisory, audit, review, email support

  • Monthly check-in to agree priorities 

  • Carry-over of unused hours (up to one month)

No fixed-term minimum

The People Development Retainer

For organisations that want people development to be a consistent priority, not something that happens when someone remembers to book a workshop. A structured monthly programme of training, coaching, and advisory support, delivered by a Chartered Psychologist every month.

  • 1 x lunch and learn workshop per month (from core programme menu)

  • 2 x individual coaching sessions per month

  • 1 x hour of advisory support per month

  • Quarterly review to assess impact and plan ahead
